I was staying with my mother for 25 years in Pagdi system flat where she was a tenant. That property went under redevelopment & after couple of years my mother died. Now at time of registration of redeveloped property builder is asked me to bring all my siblings for signing & one of my sibling is not ready to sign unless he gets money for that. Does he have any right to ask for money for this ?
