If you want to sell property through GPA, then I don’t think you can do that. Even if a GPA is registered with the sub-registrar's office, the GPA holder isn’t authorized to sell the house on the behalf of the owner. The Supreme Court invalidates the house sale through GPA. A GPA holder can only carry out tasks assigned by the owner, minus the house sale. Let me tell you about the GPA for selling property in India.
Plus, I don’t think you can sell your plot through NoBroker. You can only sell/buy/rent properties through NoBroker.
