We also gave our space as rent to open a new branch of the Bandhan Bank and are glad that we did. We got news that Bandhan Bank is looking for a space to open a new branch so I went to the bank with a proposal of renting out our property and since there were many people who knew me, the process became easy. You can also go and have a direct talk with the officials there. Just carry some documents like
Property location and every other details
Whether taxes are duly paid for that property or not till date
Your identity proof
Whether it a residential property or not and more
You can post about your building as well on NoBroker for free and let the bank approach you.
However I would say that visiting the bank personally will be a better option and you will also get to know the criterias as well.
