Price of plots in Nandini Layout is variable. You will find plots starting from the range of Rs. 6000 per square feet. There are some BDA approved plots (A Khata) which may be on the higher side - approx Rs. 10,000-13,000 per sq feet.
I have lived in Nandini layout for a couple of years and I can say it is a nice residential area. You will have convenient access to the bus station and metro.Mahalakshmi Temple Metro station is around a kilometer. As far as amenities are concerned, convenience stores such as Reliance Fresh, Smart, Big Bazaar are close too. The schools like Jain Public School, Acharya Shri Mahapragya High School, Oxford Presidency School are close by. Orion Mall, ISKCON Temple are all within a couple of kilometers from Nandini Layout.
