You can list your property on NoBroker to put it out on lease for FREE.
My cousin found a shop for rent on NoBroker and he said it literally cost him nothing. He simply searched for the shop on this platform and shortlisted some of the options. This was 2 years ago, as far as I remember, he said that he got an option to submit his own details and the owner of the shop connected with him on call. I guess similar would be the case here.
Although, I know leasing your plot might have different pre-conditions but you can give it a try.
I know that commercial properties in Valsad fetch commercial rent somewhere between Rs. 75000 and Rs. 90000, whereas for warehouses it will be somewhere around Rs. 6000 to Rs. 7500 per square feet. So, you can form an estimate of what should be your expectations from this lease.
Try to mention all the pros and privileges around your property while you put up the ad, you will be able to get many prospects easily.
