Let me share the process I follow when I want to know my electricity bill amount:
Open any of your preferred digital payment apps like Google Pay, Paytm, etc.
Click on the electricity bill payment option and choose the state where you live as well as your electricity service provider
After that, just enter customer identification number (this number is mentioned on your current or previous electricity bills)
The bill amount will appear on the screen.
Alternatively, you can check and pay your electricity bill in Bangalore by visiting the official BESCOM website
