Step 1: Pay the property taxes, dues
Step 2: Apply for DC conversion if you have an agricultural property
Step 3: go to the nearest BBMP office and obtain A khata form
Step 4: carefully fill the form and submit with all the documents
Step 5: you will be asked to pay the betterment charges to the Assistant Revenue Officer. Pay that.
