Hey there, I got my occupancy certificate last week. I will share how you can get the occupancy certificate for Pestomsagar.
I visited the website of Building Plan Management of the Urban Development Department, Mumbai.
I selected the option “Online Services” and then“Full occupancy certificate”
I logged in to the portal with my credentials.
I entered all the details asked in the application form
I uploaded all the documents required as well.
I hit submit and paid the pre-approval charges for the occupancy certificate.
My application was sent for approval.
Once the details were verified by the Assistant planner and the chief, I was notified.
I submitted the post-approval fee.
Within 21 days, I got my occupation certificate.
