Don’t worry. MHADA form filling can seem a tough challenge for a few of us but I believe with the right information and a good internet connection you will be just fine. I am going to share the documents you must have and the step by step process for MHADA online form filing with you.
Documents and Information Required for MHADA formBirth Certificate -indicating age of 18 years and above
Domicile certificate - indicating that you have stayed for 15 straight years in Maharashtra
PAN Card
Aadhar Card
Passport size Photos
Cancelled Cheque.
Bank statements and income information
Here is all you need to do:
Go to the official
MHADA Lottery Website.Perform registration to create your username and password.
Please fill in details including name, gender, DOB, marital status, residential address and contact number, occupation, PAN number etc.
Now login using your username and password that you just created
Complete the application process by selecting the MHADA Lottery that you wish to apply to and enter the details such as income group, reservation category and applicant type.
Now enter the scheme scheme code. Mention the bank account details and current residential address for communication. Confirm that you or anyone from your family doesn't own a property in the region.
Pay the application fees. You will have to upload a cancelled cheque and make the payment towards the MHADA bank account.
In case of offline payment, you will have to print the application form and submit it along with the DD in the bank. There is an option to generate the payment slip from the payment portal for future reference.
