There are two categories under which e khata can be generated.
Properties allotted by Bangalore Development Authorities or Karnataka Housing Board
Revenue Pockets, BDA reconveyed, Gramathana, high rise buildings
The documents for each category slightly differ. When you sit to apply for the e khata in Bangalore ensure that you have following set of documents:

Copies of previous tax paid receipts
Possession certificate
Sketch show
Title documents
flow chart of the title
Copies of previous tax paid receipts
Proof of improvement charges paid
Khatha extract issued by previous authority/ local body
Sketch showing the location and measurements of the property
When you apply with all the information, the authorities will give you an acknowledgement number. You can trace your application status using this number.
