I registered sale agreement with first buyer of property from builder. In sale agreement I had a clause where I have to pay remaining consideration amount in 30 days from registration. I had discussion with builder before (as he is an intermediate between me and first buyer) and they said that I'll have to pay consideration amount on development basis since building is still under construction. So what would happen if I pay consideration amount on development basis and other party backs out for not paying entire consideration amount?
