Before proceeding to anything major, I believe you must know that the land conversion process was carried out in fact. To check land conversion in Bangalore, here is what you can do.
Go to the Land Conversion website of Karnataka or click on
https://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/landconversion/
Now click on ‘Check Application Status’
You will be prompted to enter the Request Number. If your agent has applied for the said process, he must have the request number. Collect it from it and enter.
Hit ‘Submit’
The land conversion status should appear on the screen.
Usually the land conversion processing time is around 1 month. You should be able to check the status using these steps.
If you’re still in doubt, you must talk to your agent and ask from him the proof of conversion in your name. If that doesn’t go in the right direction, you might have to take a legal route.

I recently bought a plot in yellow belt and applied for land conversion through an agent, however, I could see the previous owners name on the conversion document and my name is not appearing anywhere?
