Just go through all the documents and check when the possession is supposed to be handed over to you. If the date has passed, just contact them and try to ask the reason for this delay. If these steps fail, just file a case and send legal notice to the builder. As per RERA the builder has to give 10% interest on the value of the property for delayed possession of flats so do not think twice.
