Hey,
When I wanted to unblock my credit card, I simply downloaded the ICICI mobile application. Here is the process I followed.
I logged in with my customer ID and password.
I selected the card I wanted to unblock
On your Dashboard, I clicked on on ‘Cards and Forex’ option
I selected the card I wanted to unblock
I kept scrolling until I saw the ‘Unblock Card’ option
I filled in unnecessary details and hit enter.
My card had been unblocked.
