Visit the Bhoomi portal (https://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/Service84/)
Tap on the 'Citizen services' option
Tap on the 'iRTC' button
Fill in your details like first name, last name, email ID, Aadhaar no., etc.)
Fill in land details like district, village, Hobli taluk, survey number, etc.
Tap on the 'Pay & Download' or 'view RTC' button
Pay via your debit card/credit card/internet banking
Download the PDF format
