I Live In Pagdi. My house Receipt Is On My Grandfather’s name .But he is no more. Also my Dad is no more. So I want to transfer the Pagdi on my name . All the Electricity bills etc are on my name only the rent receipts are still on grandfathers name. What I Can Do?
