Your shop surface area for ATM installation should be between 60-100 sq. ft.
The ceiling of your shop must be made of concrete.
Your property should not be in any legal trouble and all the dues should be paid.
No Objection Certificate is a must for your property from all the authorities local and state both to operate an ATM in your shop.
If everything is right, you can simply visit the bank and ask the manager if there is a provision for you to give the shop on rent. Ask them what the procedure is. I believe banks release notifications as well in newspapers and online portals.
For giving property on rent for medical shops, tailors, grocery, etc. you can go online and post an ad with all the details of your property.
