The builder, Manyam estate has stopped work at the site and there has been no activity there for more than a year. And bother the key persons including the MD has switched off their phone and not responding. I want to meet people like me who have booked an appointment there. I think instead of waiting for other people, you must directly file a complaint in RERA. Since you are unable to get any answers from the people in Manyam Estate, this seems about right. You can go ahead and file online complaint on RERA Karnataka website. At least you’ll know the latest status.
