It is unfortunate you didn't enter into rental agreement. But still you will have rental receipts/bank statement that your tenant has paid you rent. With these documents you can file eviction suit (RCOP) against tenant and vacate him. Without Aadhar card xerox of tenant and rental agreement, it is always not advisable to lease/rent property

This is a tricky situation. I am sorry you have to deal with this. But without a rental agreement, you have limited your options. You said that you have served a legal notice but the tenant doesn’t want to move. Perhaps, you will now have to file a lawsuit against the tenant and state all the reasons in it. You can also go ahead and file a suit for eviction as he is a trespasser to the property.
I would suggest you hire a good lawyer and get this sorted.
It is also an important lesson now to always have a rent agreement in place to avoid any complications.

I have a tenant in Pune, he had not entered into an rent agreement and now I served him a legal notice to vacate but he is refusing to vacate, I also recently came to know that he has a criminal record. How can I vacate him
