I have a question. About seven months ago, I bought a flat in Hyderabad in a gated community. My apartment is on the fourth floor, and each floor in that building has eight flats. Now, the builder has built up 5 floors, but the 8th corner apartment was never built. He said he would finish it along with the next block after 2 months. Now that the builder has built 7 floors, he wants the loan to be paid out according to the payment plan. "on completion of 5th floor slab of respective block." As you can see, the floor slab is still not finished. Can I bring this up to stop the loan from being paid out? Please help me with any rule, anywhere
