I have a query regarding 7/12 mutation for Agriculture Land in Alibaug. We have done all the procedures to do 7/12 and now the Talathi has also issued a notice which can be seen on their e-chawadi website. What I understand is that this notice is also sent by registered post to the previous owner and current owner my concern is the previous owner from whom we had bought the land has changed his residence and we have no idea about his current location......so the notice which was sent would have returned back to the Tehsildar office in this case, will Talathi / tehsildar certify the 7/12? If yes, then what is the next course of action we have to do?
