As per my knowledge, Kolathur is a real estate hotspot and demand of rental properties is quite high here. It is one region of Chennai which is close to the IT hubs like Land IT Park, Ambit IT Park and software giants like TCS, HCL etc. With opening of offices, the demand will grow slowly.
