For a plot having a value of less than 3,000 rupees/square yard, the charge would be 20%. This is for sub-registrars.
The LRS charges would be 30% between 3,001 to 5,000 rupees.
The LRS charges would be 40% between 5,001 to 10,000 rupees.
The LRS charges would be 50% between 10,001 to 20,000 rupees.
The LRS charges would be 60% between 20,001 to 30,000 rupees.
The LRS charges would be 80% between 30,001 to 50,000 rupees.
The LRS charges for plots with a valuation of 50,000 rupees/square yard would be 100%.
