I have 300 square yard plot in FTL land it is registered out of that 150 square yards has constructed house g+1. If govt demolishes am I eligible for TDR?

Earlier, the Telangana government was giving 200% TDR for the benefit of the property owner. But the TDR was increased to 400% by the respective Municipal authority. When the developers were selling the constructed properties between Rs.5000 to Rs.7000 per sq ft, the landowners were receiving Rs.1000 to Rs.2000 per sq ft. But it totally depends on the location and dimensions of the property.
