Hi, the best way to find a tenant without hiring a broker is to list your property/properties on

. You can do it for free by posting the details. However, I would suggest you go with their paid plan as they will ensure that you find a tenant as soon as possible. I opted for their service and I rented out my flat within 30 days.
Apart from this, you should also consider lowering your rent so that you start getting potential tenants.
