I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience you're facing. Here are the steps you can take to address this issue:

  1. Review the Agreement

: Check your sale agreement and any communication from the builder regarding the changes made to the original plan. This will help you understand your rights and the builder's obligations.

  2. Document the Issue

: Take photographs and gather any evidence of the changes and how they have affected your flat. This documentation will be useful when you file a complaint.

  3. Contact the Builder

: Reach out to the builder or developer to discuss the issue and request a solution. They may offer to make adjustments or provide compensation.

  4. File a Complaint with RERA

: If the builder does not respond satisfactorily, you can file a complaint with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in your state. Visit the official RERA website, register, and submit your complaint along with the supporting documents.
