In the portal you will see that option ration card so just click it and apply for it. It varies from one site to another a bit so telling the exact steps will be difficult

I applied for ration card in 2014 but it rejected for 2kw electricity I change it after that I submit all documents in 2021 but their is no information for me on ration card. How to apply for ration card again?
