I too was facing the same problem when I had added a listing of my property on the website. Then someone suggested that I should add a few more details. Here’s what I did:
a. I added 2 videos of my property so that tenants can have a better idea how the property looks.
b. I realised that my rent value was a little higher. So I mentioned that I was ready for negotiation for both rent as well as deposit.
c. Also, the location must be accurate. I think the location of your property places a huge role.
d. Lastly, give as much details as possible in the description area. Write down the USPs of your property. My property had lift and parking service for free so I highlighted that part. Also, there was power back-up provided by the society. That also, I highlighted. Plus, I added the nearby famous points so that it can be easy for the tenant to understand the location as well as the benefits of the property.
I made a few changes and I actually got a tenant! You too should try adding some relevant information to increase the number of tenant leads on your listing ad.
