It is advisable that you do not go for this plot. The reason being that corner plots with roads in the South and West are called Nairutya plots. According to the southwest corner plot Vastu, these plots lead to financial and other mental problems and are especially bad for women. This is due to the excess of the fire element.
So avoid these at all costs.

I am looking to buy a corner plot which has south and west roads. West road is dead end and south extends to other plots. I am planning to have entrance in west and no entrance in south. Can you please suggest if its fine to buy with south and west road?
