I am living in Pagdi building and my carpet area is 277.6 sqft also my building is going for redevelopment and PMC is giving 300 carpet AREA To us and also they said they want 3500 Rs.. * 300 sqft carpet area as construction cost from us also they said they set us in SRA 33(11) Scheme. Are they doing right with us. Is that legal we have to pay 11 lakhs for that ?
