One of my neighbours had applied for a PMAY subsidy last year and he told me that usually the applicant receives the subsidy amount in 2-6 months if they apply for the CLSS subsidy. The government takes this much time to complete the verification process. You can track the PMAY-Subsidy Status on their official website.

I am an applicant of home loan subsidy under MIG 1 category through SBI. I have applied for subsidy at the time of loan sanctioned in Sep 2020. My house is completed in September 2021. But I did not get the subsidy till now. How and when can I get this subsidy ? Will I get it or not? What can I do to get it soon?
