A buyer must meet the following requirements in order to file a RERA complaint, which is delayed possession. According to RERA, if a builder delays delivering the buyer ownership of the property, the buyer can submit a complaint against the builder in order to obtain immediate delivery of possession or to obtain a complete refund plus interest.
I hope this helps:)
