Hi there,
Vaastu is a discipline of placement and construction that allows one to achieve harmony between negative and positive energy. The rules of Vastu are different for home and for office. I am going to acquaint you with the basic principles of Vastu at home as well as at the office.
Vastu for Home
Your home's rooms should ideally be rectangular or square in shape. They ought to be spacious, bright, well-lit, and tidy.
The middle of the house ought to be left unoccupied.
Furniture that is very heavy should be stored facing south-west. It is a good idea to construct staircases in this direction if you intend to construct a duplex home.
Avoid putting flora and water features in the bedroom, including aquariums, water fountains, and paintings.
Make sure your dining area is located close to the kitchen and not the front door.
It is strictly forbidden to hang a mirror in the bedroom which mirrors a sleeping couple. If you do decide to install a mirror in the bedroom, make sure it does not reflect the bed.
Vastu for Office
Office Building should be surrounded by running and busy roads and should be facing
north, northeast, northwest or northeast
Employees should face the north direction while working.
Work table should be rectangular or square-shaped and idols of God should not be placed over the table.
Do not eat food or read magazines on your work table.
Keep the work desk clutter-free.
Cash or bank documents should be kept in the southwest direction.
The head of the office should occupy south-west direction too.
These are a few tips I know about how Vastu works for home and office. I hope you find them helpful.
