As far as I know, a person can withdraw his pension if he has been working for a company or has been in the same service for a decade. He must also be 55years old minimum. If you want to get the pension amount before that, you will need to fill up the Form 10C and acquire the Scheme Certificate or Withdrawal Benefit.
