You can follow the following process to change the phone number on Aadhaar Card:
Visit a local Aadhaar Enrolment Center.
Submitting the completed form there.
Completing the Aadhaar update form.
Pay the charges as per the guidelines.
You'll receive an acknowledgement slip with the Update Request Number on it (URN).
You can use the URN to determine the status of your updated application.
Your cellphone number will be changed in the Aadhaar database within 90 days.
