Steps to Unlock Honeywell Air Conditioner
Here is the process he informed me of unlocking the Honeywell AC.
You must find the unit's control panel.
Check for a lock icon or a display showing locked at the moment. On the screen, directly beneath the temperature reading, there will be a little "Unlock" label next to the center button.
Finally, hold down the "Fan" and "Mode" buttons at the same time for three seconds until the lock icon deactivates.
This is how he repaired my Honeywell AC. Alternatively, see the user manual or call a professional technician, as many Honeywell air conditioners may require a different button combination to unlock.
