How to Unlock Bank of Baroda Account Online?

Here is the process you can follow to unlock your BOB account.

2. Click on ‘Retail User’ or ‘Corporate User’ based on your account type.

3. Input your Retail ID/Corp ID/User ID and log in with the link that says “Account is locked. Click here”.

4. Enter your transaction password when prompted.

7. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.​

8. Upon successful verification, your account will be unlocked, and you can log in as usual.

How to Activate Bank of Baroda Net Banking Online 

Hi there. I can help you with how to unlock Bank of Baroda account. My account was blocked, too, and I had to log into the website to unlock my account. I shall share the steps for the same below.

How to Unblock Bank of Baroda Account?

• Go to the

  Bank of Baroda website

  and log yourself in.

• Click Retail User / Corporate User. Then, your Copr ID / User ID. Do not click on the Enter tab. Instead,  click on Option a. Account is Locked. Click Here.

• Then, enter the transaction password, which is mandatory to unlock the account. 

• Then, enter the security answers prompted. 

• If you don’t remember the answer to the security questions, you can repeat the first three steps after giving 5 wrong answers. 

• After this, the system will ask your mobile number for OTP instead of asking security questions.

• Enter the correct transaction password and Security answers/OTP. The account will then be unblocked.

• If instead, you see the message, “You are not allowed to unlock your account online. Please contact the Bank of Baroda helpdesk for further assistance”. Then, you need to contact the toll-free number, 1800 22 33 44/1800 102 4455 to get the transaction password activated.

• After you receive the password activation message, repeat steps 1 to 6.

• If you are a corporate customer and receive the error message, then the Baroda Connect Team is the only one which can unblock your account. You have to send an email to the branch with the subject line “ACTIVATION” with a screenshot of the error message. Once the team receives the mail, the activation will be done.
