Hi there,
If your debit/credit card is blocked you won’t be able to use your PhonePe. You can go to the bank request the authorities to help you unblock your debit/credit card. You need to write an application to the bank so that they can move ahead with the process. You can also ask the bank to provide you a new card free of charge. You can link the new card to your PhonePe account. You should know that even if your cards are blocked you can still transfer money through NEFT and RTGS. Hope you find this information helpful.
