Go to the Track a Transfer page below and select the option “Don’t know the MTCN”.
Input the sender's phone number or the names of the sender and recipient.
Input the money transfer date and then tap on “Continue”.

7) Cancelled: You may cancel on your own or they may cancel on your behalf. Normally, refunds take place within 7 business days.
8) Refunded: Your funds have been returned to you in the manner that you originally paid.
9) Usually, it takes two hours for your transfer status to be changed.
