How to get certified copy of sale deed?
Step 1:
Visit the official website of the Department of Registration and Stamps, Maharashtra.
Step 2: Click on the "eSearch" option from the menu bar at the top of the page.
Step 3: Select the "Document Details" option from the drop-down menu.
Step 4: Choose the type of document you want to search for, which in this case would be "Sale Deed."
Step 5: Enter the required details such as the district, sub-district, and village or city survey number, which can be found on the property card or previous sale deed.
Step 6: Once you have entered all the details, click on the "Search" button.
Step 7: The system will then display a list of documents that match the search criteria. Look for the sale deed you need and click on the "View" button.
Step 8: Next step in how to download sale deed copy online.You will then be asked to enter your email address and phone number. After entering your details, you will receive an OTP to your registered mobile number for authentication.
Step 9: Once you have entered the OTP, you will be able to download the certified copy of the sale deed.
It is necessary to have a sale deed copy download as the legal document contains important information such as the name of the property owner, the details of the property, and the terms and conditions of the sale. People use the sale deed as a proof of ownership.

How to get certified copy of registration document :
Open the official portal of Kaveri
https://kaverionline.karnataka.gov.in/
You will have to log in with your credentials
If you aren't registered, you will have to register before logging in.
Enter all the required information in the portal,
Select on the option which says “ View Copy of registered document” in search result.
You will now see an option for downloading registration documents.
