Here is how to take apart a bed frame with no screws
First, remove the mattress and keep it aside.
Then, take off the bedsheets, pillows, and blanket so the bed is empty.
Lift the mattress base and move it away from the frame.
Check all sides of the bed frame and see how the parts are connected. Most beds without screws use hooks, slots, or clips.
Hold one side rail with both hands and lift it slightly upward. This helps the hooks loosen.
Pull the side rail gently towards you until it comes out of the headboard slot.
Repeat the same step on the other side of the rail.
After that, go to the footboard and lift it a little. Most footboards come out when you raise them from the bottom.
Pull the footboard away from the bed frame slowly.
Now, remove the centre support bar if your bed has one. Lift it up and pull it out of its slot.
Stack each part neatly so nothing gets damaged.
Check if the legs of the bed are attached with clips. Twist or pull them gently to remove them.
Clean the area and pack all parts with bubble wrap if you plan to move the bed.
Keep small parts like plastic clips or metal hooks in a small pouch so you do not lose them.
Finally, label each part so you can easily assemble the bed again.
