How to surrender PAN Card online?
Step 1: Visit NSDL's main web page. Click the "Services" tab.
Step 2: Select "PAN" from the drop-down menu by clicking on it. To access the "Change/Correction in PAN Data" section, scroll down.
Step 3: In this section, press the "Apply" button. It will launch a form for submission.
Step 4: Select "Changes or Correction in Existing PAN Data/Reprint of PAN Card (No Changes in Existing PAN Data)" under "Application Type". Fill in the remaining fields on the form.
Step 5: After completing the form, click "Submit". After that, select "Continue with PAN Application Form"
Step 6: Click "Submit scanned images through e-Sign" on the page that was forwarded. Here, you must update your duplicate and original PAN information.
Step 7: Click "Next" after entering your personal information. Upload scanned copies of the photo and the signature granting permission. Additionally, they must submit a signed acknowledgement report.
Step 8: After making the payment, go ahead and download the receipt. Send two passport-size photos along with the printed acknowledgement to the NSDL eGovernment.
Before mailing the envelope, don't forget to write "Application for PAN Cancellation along with the Acknowledgment Number" on the outside. Send it to the following address to post it:
