Get a professional valuation, set a competitive asking price, and decide your preferred channels: online listing, local brokers. However, let me tell you that if you choose brokers you will have to pay a hefty brokerage amount. I personally avoided that and chose online listings.
How to Sell Property in Hyderabad?
Firstly, I will suggest that you get your property valuation done. Analyse recent sales in your area. Also, you can slightly reduce the asking price of your property to attract the curiosity of potential buyers.
You must gather documents like title deed, EC, sale deed, approved building plan, occupancy certificate, tax receipts, and NOCs from society, lender (if any loan exists).
Declutter, clean, address small problems, take high quality images. List on websites such as NoBroker, 99acres, and so on. I chose NoBroker, as it eliminates hefty brokerage payments.
Once you get a potential buyer, hire a lawyer to draft a sale agreement outlining terms and timelines.
Book a registration slot at the sub-registrar’s office. Add information about the new owner in the municipal records: get the mutation completed.
Overall, these are the steps that you need to follow to sell your property in Hyderabad.
