One big problem is a leaked concrete water because it results in water wastage and the weakened structure. When I found this in my water tank, I hired a plumber immediately to fix it. I also asked him how to do cement tank leak repair. He said as it requires internal repairs, the best way to fix it is to use Underwater Epoxy Sealant. I have shared the steps he followed below.

Cement Water Tank Crack Repair Steps

The plumber said finding the leakage location should be your priority. He recommended using Underwater Epoxy Sealant in the following manner because our tank needs internal repairs.

  • He used a wire brush to clean the leaky area in my water tank.

  • Then, I saw he followed the directions given to mix the epoxy.

  • After that, he applied the sealant straight to the damp surface.

  • Finally, he asked me to let it dry completely.

I hope you found these cement water tank repair steps helpful.
