First, he removed the screws from both the top and bottom of the side frames. Then, using a wooden block and hammer, he gently tapped the frames until they came off, leaving just the glass with the top and bottom rails.
Next, he tapped the bottom rail slightly to slide it a few inches and expose the screw holding the roller. He removed the screw and pulled the roller out using a hook tool.
Before installing the new roller, he adjusted it to the lowest height and then fixed it back in place. He repeated the same steps on the other side.
After that, he repositioned the rail, reattached the side frames, and screwed everything back. Lastly, he adjusted the roller height so the door moved smoothly and the lock worked properly.
