• Move the blades in the centre of the fan anti-clockwise to remove the blades.

• Now you need to slide the back half of the blade guard off in the middle of the pin.

• Turn your fan and check the screws in the back.

• Flip the pin on the front of the fan and check if it is spinning.

• Now block the base of the pins by unscrewing the washers or bolts.

• If the pin is sticking you will have to use a lubricant. Oiling the pin can work.

• Rotate the bolts around the lubricated part when you are spinning it.

• Now it's time to clean the motor.

• Plug the fan into the switch and check if it's working.

• If it is working then resemble the parts such as blades, bolts, and case and put the whole thing together.
