1. Your godown details,

3. Amenities, 

4. Location

5. Connectivity of the area online

• You can also put up huge banners in front of the godown with the words ‘To-Let’ or ‘Available for Rent’. This will help your warehouse to get noticed. 

• Contact a local agent who might know about the needs of tenants in the area. They do have a lot of leads and connections.
