• First, locate the drip pan at the bottom of the refrigerator, usually near the front or back.

• Remove the front grill at the base of the fridge by either pressing tabs or unscrewing it, depending on the model.

• Once the grill is off, slide or carefully pull out the drip pan. It may be situated on rollers or have tabs to release.

• Empty any collected water or residue from the pan, and clean it thoroughly with mild detergent.

• Slide the cleaned drip pan back into place and secure the front grill, ensuring it's locked or screwed in securely.

This is the simple way on how to remove drain pan from Frigidaire refrigerator. In some fridge models, there is no guard provided in front of the pan and just by pulling the pan it can be removed. Its better to check the manual for your fridge and then work on removing the pan.

  The fridge back side water tray is usually located at the bottom of the refrigerator, behind the front grille or kick plate. Remove any screws or gently push the clips to release the grille and set it aside.

• Access the Drip Pan:

  Once the grille is removed, you'll be able to see the drip pan. It is a shallow, rectangular or oval-shaped container made of plastic or metal. 

• Empty the Drip Pan:

  Carefully lift the drip pan and check if there is any liquid or debris inside. Dispose of the liquid and clean the drip pan with warm soapy water to remove any residue or odours. Rinse and dry the pan thoroughly before reinstallation.

• Reinstall the Drip Pan:

  Once the drip pan is clean and dry, place it back into its original position. If there was a panel or housing covering the drip pan, reattach it using screws or latches.

• Replace the Grille:

  Finally, reattach the front grille or kick plate by aligning it with the clips or screw holes. Apply gentle pressure to snap the clips back into place or insert and tighten the screws if required.

• Plug In the Refrigerator:

  After completing the above steps, plug the refrigerator back into the power outlet. Double-check that everything is securely in place and functioning properly.
