My neighbour had a borewell in the northwest direction of their house, and the aunty living their used to ask for remedies to remove doshas from her house. Several people suggested several remedies, and we saw her implement most of them, like:
Separate the borewell from the house by constructing a boundary wall of at least 1.5 feet deep
Place an Ashoka pillar of copper pyramid
Keeping small amount of uncrushed salt in the house or mopping the floor with a pinch of salt in water
These are some I remember her implementing, so you can implement these methods. Do not worry too much; everything will be okay. Ask a priest to do a pooja to remove the Vastu dosh and live peacefully.
