Recently, I forgot my Yono username and password. So, I contacted the SBI branch manager regarding the same. He said me to open the Yono app and tap on the Forgot Username or Password button. After that, I had to enter my card details and date of birth in the required field. Then, I validated the provided OTP by clicking on Generate OTP button. My username got displayed on my screen. After having the username, I followed the same steps by selecting Forgot My Login Password to recover it.
